The night before trial was the longest night of my life.  I don’t know if the late night conversation with my attorney Rabin Nabizade helped calm me down or made me even more anxious as he expressed real concern and fear over the outcome but that he was ready to proceed and that I shouldn’t except the plea offer even if it involved no jail time.  I knew he was in the trench with me because I knew he was affraid.  It had been two years since I had met Rabin and through that time, he always believed in me even though it was difficult to see why as the evidence was overwhelming.  We had at that point decided to share out findings with the District Attorney in hopes of avoiding trial but did not get a response the night before trial.
 
The next morning we meet early to over the trial process but still no sign from the District Attorney in court.  The judge actually called the case and seemed annoyed that the prosecutor was so late.  I was ready to fight the case and sat frozen in the courtroom waiting for a miracle.
 
After what seemed like eternity, rabin walked in and told me the District Attorney verified all of our findings and was dismissing the case.  I will never forget the look on Rabin’s face as I sat there seemingly unfazed by the news.  After two years of anxiety, I couldn’t process the news until I sat my car and wept, still in disbelief.
 
I am forever in debt to this firm for all their dedication and support.  I wanted to give up so many times but knowing they believed in me helped me through a process I would not wish on anyone

I would give this firm 10 stars if I could. We Met Steve Davidson on a Saturday morning after my brother was arrested for a alcohol related incident and a fight with his wife. Having never dealt with anything like this, we were, to say the least, frantic. Steve was kind and unlike other lawyer we spoke with gave us the real scoop on how serious the case was. Man where can I begin, Rabin and his staff are wonderful and definitely will go above and beyond. When I was granted my original sentence of a felony, Rabin and his staff found out that we could petition my original sentence and have it dropped down to a Misdemeanor. My experience showed me that they will always go above and beyond for their clients.

Steve Davidson is an amazing guy.

A couple of weeks ago, my friend got a call from a Pleasanton PD detective who asked her to come in but would not give any more details. She made an appointment with him but felt very unsure about talking to a detective. We called several attorneys. Steve Davidson was actually available when we called (no voice mail) and asked us to come in later that afternoon. He let her talk for some time and gave her some really great advice including that you can refuse to cooperate with the police. The amazing part was that all of that was free as he essentially told her she would not need an attorney. He really cares for people which really impressed me.

Rabin Nabizadeh was helpful and kept good communication. 4 stars only because charges weren't entirely dismissed. I did however have to go through the Pleasanton Court system which is known for it's discipline.
