I can't say enough of how Simmons law firm helped me. I was that difficult case. My time was running out and I didn't have the best records. I will change the review if I can just get her to call me back. She did well to get part of my case resolved but we are on the 2nd part and even though we've retained her she's been unresponsive for months. She told me our arbitration case got pushed back to September but when I finally started asking the arbitration company they said it was originally scheduled for august. The date we had was then missed because she didn't relay the information in time to make a certain payment. She mentioned getting some surgery but never told us if that would delay our case or whether or not she would be able to even continue with our case. Honestly I'm just trying to get her to call me back since she is representing us now and we are scrambling to figure out what's next.
