DON'T EVER HIRE THIS SO CALLED ATTORNEY!! You are wasting your money with this scam artist. You will lose your case and he will keep your money. Does not know case law. His losing court record speaks for itself.

If I could give Erna Herzog (who works with Michael Heath) 10 stars, I would. I just got off the phone with her and literally told her, there are very few people I trust, but she is one of them. If she told me to do a cartwheel, I'd do it. Erna understands creditors sooo well, and has proven this over and over to me countless times in the last 2 years. Due to medical debt, we were unable to make payments on some of our other cards, and things started to slide. We had to look into consolidation and all our different options, and Erna has been a godsend. I cannot recommend this woman enough.
