Located in about the worst part of the tenderloin if you have to go to the office. Other than that great service if you are homeless and want to get into a Sro, THC is your best bet.

One room housing, pisspoor rules regarding my own money and when I'm allowed to get it. I'm on ssi, I'm due retro pay, but their rules state that I can't have it, if it is within three days of the first of the month.

A friend needed assistance so I went along to see if I could help considering I work in the legal field. Waste of time. The only reason this place is open is to employ people collecting city tax dollars.

The location couldn't be worse with homeless encampments and drug dealers right outside the front door. I find the office staff to be friendly and they definitely do everything they can to help you out when you need it. I think that there could be improvement with care and upkeep of the buildings though.

This is also where rent is paid for the SROs that are occupied. I'm currently having trouble with 2 black caseworkers at the SRO I'm in allowing a cismale to attack me and writing me up for saying anything. I'm transgender and based on actions they are extremely transphobic

Job fairs at this place are booboo, very discriminating and the legal services aren't really offered. Referrals are offered. Case managers come and go OFTEN .It's real depressing on my end (My experience)

As far as this service is a concern, I have no problem with, but the drug dealers dealing out in front of the building that's a problem.

It is the worst place to rent from, they are not disabled friendly, anyone with mental disabilities, they treat you like garbage! Very unprofessional employees

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Provided excellent representation for an Ellis Act eviction case. As a permanently disabled person their services were provided pro bono. They negotiated an excellent settlement and were extremely supportive. For those who qualify for their services I give the Tenderloin Housing Clinic the highest recommendation.
