As a struggling, working college student and about to start my career program; I decided that it would be better to save money since trial is very expensive and just take the wet-reckless offer that Mr. Pelta obtained for me after 8 months of litigation in the Fremont Courthouse since the DA refused to give me that offer all along. Mr. Pelta told me that if I decided to go to trial that he would aggressively fight for me and that we had a better chance of winning but there are no guarantees for a result in court unfortunately.
