I'm very pleased with this law firm, and particularly Ramsey Hanafi. Not only did they work quickly, but the work was thorough and I feel like I was handily guided through my legal issue with the kind of expertise and patience that is sometimes missing in this profession - highly recommended!

I was passed on to this firm by an associate of mine. I was sceptical, but QH did a great job navigating the situation and keeping me apprised of what my options were and how things were proceeding. Tenacious and professional!

excellent work team, always available when you need them. He worked with me every detail of my case and the results were very satisfactory. I highly recommend the law firm QH.
I highly recommend Quintana, Hanafi, LLP for any Employment Law matters. Ramsey Hanafi worked directly with me, keeping in contact during the course of my case. He is professional, very patient and above all he is a very kind individual. He listened while I poured out all the difficult details of the experiences with my ex-employer. Sometimes I was nervous and was not sure how to move forward with the case because of the prominent family business I was employed with. He always reassured me that retaliation is against the law, and that he would represent me to the best of his ability. He never pressured me, and he always made sure I had the information I needed, and he gave me all the time I needed to make the decision to proceed with filing for the case. I had the opportunity to meet with his partner in the firm, Rory Quintana also. Rory is also a very friendly and down to earth professional. These guys honestly fight for our rights as employees, they care about people, and that is what makes them stand out from all the others. They research very thoroughly all the details and events in your case, and pour all their professional negotiating skills into the mix when it comes time to do so. They stick to their guns, they have their clients’ back. I would recommend them to anyone. God’s blessings on Quintan & Hanafi, LLP

I was recently represented by Quintana Hanafi LLP this last year and they saved me a ton of money, the future of business and most importantly my sanity. With a looming lawsuit and talking to other lawyers that did not seem fit or understanding of my situation I was terrified to put it mildly, but after sitting down with Rory at QH the first time I left feeling a thousand times better. When I did get concerned throughout the process, it was super easy to get a hold of him and have my many questions answered and hence return to having some peace of mind. The other side went through multiple lawyers and tried every trick in the book to try and win a claim that had no merit, but Rory was incredibly clever and put in the work to make sure my case was airtight. In the end, the other side completely dropped their case. I seriously can't put a price on the kind of relief and gratitude, forever thankful!

Rory and his team are thoughtful, honest, diligent and compassionate. Some law firms pass you on to junior counsel with little to no experience. Rory personally applies years of acquired skill and wisdom across all of his clients. He reasonably sets expectations and his process commands resolution.

The entire team at QH Law is experienced, friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for counsel. They do excellent work, and set realistic expectations around the time, and effort required on all sides. If you have any questions, you can email them for a free consultation and find out if you have a case. They are true professionals, and nice folks too - a diamond in the rough for law firms.

If you know like me do not hire this lawyer he is a joke. He lied and said he can get me awarded over 250,000.00 and in the tried numerous amounts of times to get me to settle for under 50,000.00. I truly believe he excepted a bribe from the other side just know way I can prove it now. Nothing he told me thru the whole case was true. Especially since now the defense is contacted me to go back to work for them

My experience of these lawyers is from the perspective of the "accused/defendant/stupid former employer".
They will fight hard for their client, finding and following up on every tiny technical error on the part of the employer and they will not rest until they have worn the employer down so hard they they either pay up or go bankrupt. They are like a dog with a bone! Unfortunately in my case, they did not do their due diligence by checking whether or not I or my business actually had any money!
Their client, Kalen Jennings, had behaved appallingly for several months culminating in her using foul language and threatening behavior towards her line manager, with witnesses, while I was sitting at my mother's death bed! I had no choice other than to fire her, I was concerned for the safety of my employees as well as the dogs in her care. These lawyers willfully ignored all the mitigating circumstances and went for my jugular in the hopes of a windfall! This kind of lawyer is the worst kind of parasite, they take on hapless small businesses, shake them down and run off with as much money as they can get, but since I'm broke we were all losers!
The fact that I hadn't made my staff of seven people sign in and out and that I had not docked Kalen's pay when she showed up late for work every day and then paid her overtime when she sometimes worked a few minutes late, is apparently wrong and they would have won at trial. Having been questioned by Samantha Pungprakearti under oath for 5 hours in a deposition, it became clear that they were not going to leave me or my business alone; because of the signing in and out thing and California law being so anti the employer, it was clear I would be found guilty and even if the award to Kalen was only a few hundred dollars, I would have to pay their fees: but I don't have any money!
The actions that these people and their client took meant that my business, the business I had spent ten years and all my savings building up had to go into liquidation before the trial, this meant that seven people lost their jobs, my clients lost us. The business closing has meant that my visa has been revoked and I have had to leave America. This may not be personal to them, but it is to me, their tenacity and greed has fundamentally changed my life causing me to go into debt, bankruptcy and to be deported.
