It was an absolutely terrific experience working with Litwin and Smith. I had initially got to know Donald through an old employer who was filing for my visa. After having been let go from the employer, Donald continued to answer any questions I had around finding a new employer and the timing around how long I had, to find a new employer given the new rules that were being updated quite frequently. After having found a new employer, the employers were a bit jittery about the whole immigration visa process. Litwin and Smith had to work with my current employer and explain about the immigration process to my employers when they had contacted Litwin and Smith about my employment after having been laid off and the steps that had to be taken and calming their nerves about the whole process which led to me being currently working and employed with the current company. They also had to explain about the whole PERM and H1B renewal process as I did not have a whole lot of time left on it and explained it well to my current employers and got things moving and approved in quick time!

I had a wonderful experience with Litwin&Smith. On the surface my case was simple. I have been a legal resident of the United States for over 40 years ( Green Card holder) so easily qualify for citizenship . The complication lies with the fact that I work primarily outside of the US and travel a lot . Donald Smith provided me with strategic guidance on how to manage both; get a citizenship without damaging my professional international career . His business partner Mark Litwin was wonderful in preparing me for the interview and following it afterwards. The entire office crew was dedicated and professional ...and with great "people skills" badly needed in moments of frustration and long waits. My case was originally transferred from old law firm as the Attorney retired and since then Litwin & Smith have been handling all consulting's for our co. They have assisted me with H1-B transfer, extensions and full Perm process. Mr. Donald and team (I worked mostly with Mandy Fok) go in every detail during the filling process and cover systematically all the required documents and requisites which are requested as per the USCIS norms. Donald worked with me on an employment-based EB-2 visa / green card. He, Dinna, and the staff at Litwin & Associates had been nothing less than professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Worked with Mr. Litwin with my fiance visa issues. He was very understanding and as we pushed through all the hurtles he was good in providing feedback through email etc.

Payment was also more convenient since it wasn't all up front but paid as we went.

Ed Litwin worked with me for years to overcome a variety of hurdles to take me from initially what was only a visitor B-2 Visa then on to an R-1 Visa and finally a Green Card. He was gracious and warm and understanding each time we met for consultation. When it came time to meet with immigration officials he and his associate personally accompanied me to the interview with INS. When INS bungled my application and initially denied me a green card he reassured me he would take care of it. True to his word about 2 weeks later I had a green card!
