Mr Pearson went above and beyond all of our expectations. We needed a Purchase Agreement and gave him a weak draft and asked him to rush his service.
He worked on it in off hours and strengthen our contract. We could not ask for more and it was done at a fair price. Highly recommend Mr Pearson and plan to use him in the future (as I hope to purchase other businesses).
