I have known Bob Flax since the early 1990s and have had several occasions to seek his advice, most recently when I was sued by a high-profile, predatory local attorney. Bob crafted a creative legal strategy that resulted in the lawsuit being withdrawn. His fees are extremely reasonable as well. I could not recommend him more enthusiastically!

Unlike other attornies, Mr Flax is reasonable in his fees, and THE ONLY ATTORNEY I HAVE EVER MET THAT RESPONDS TO QUESTIONS IMMEDIATELY! Got told that the fee for representation was $2,000. I increased the amount by 25% due to the challenge of the case and asked Mr. Flax to best represent me in a challenging Divorce. Mr. Flax, never provided me with legal advice and charged me hundreds to basically send emails that his wife (secretary) does. He is unprofessional, and I would not recommend him as a lawyer in any matter. If a lawyer has his client increase his fee by 25% ($500) and the lawyer accepts and signs the agreement, the lawyer should very well follow through. Or at the least communicate with his client. It was rare that I got a call from him and mainly his wife handles his business.

Mr. Flax and his office were incredibly helpful helping me work through a real estate settlement issue. They were responsive and took the time to explain the steps. I was in a terrible situation and this office did everything they could to help resolve the situation as quickly as they could. Absolutely recommend.
