this place is terrible, without a parts book or computer they dont seem to have any common knowledge of mowers at all. i just went in to see about a part and maybe get it repaired, i knew right away i wasnt leaving my mower there. it was a simple needle valve and gasket, and right off the bat he had no idea what it came from or what would work to fix it. its the most common 5-6 hp briggs engine on a pushmower, "the quantum". needless to say i went to andersons for my part and they knew right off what it was, sold me the kit and i just fixed it myself, probably saved $75 bucks avoiding LSM. I highly advise not to do business with these guys, i dont know how they are still in business.
