Estate planning can be an overwhelming action item for most. We certainly weren't thinking this was going to be easy-peasy.

Now that we're done with ours, having used Singh Law Firm, we wish we could have told our earlier selves to relax! This firm really has it down to a science.

From engagement to close, they tell you what to expect, anticipate most questions, and really know their stuff to get you your trust.

We worked with Sharmila, and she was great. She expertly, patiently, and efficiently walked us through all sections so we understood what everything meant. We ended up having a very particular set of requirements involving overseas family; she understood our situation and worked it into our trust. She also responded quickly and thoroughly in the few instances we had questions.

While simple, just be aware that this will probably take many months to complete from first contact - biggest wait is the first appointment. They're busy so appointments are booked far ahead, and there was a time or two it was hard to get in touch with the staff. However, aside from allowing sufficient time, my wife and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Kern helped us in estate planning and he did awesome job of explaining details on our first appointment and assisted on estate planning document signing on second appointment. The whole process was smooth and was done quickly. The final binder document provided by him was well organized and easy to jump to different parts in estate plan document. Highly recommend him

Kern Singh was very professional and thorough. He explained everything clearly. He also laid out the actions we had to take to complete the process of putting assets like bank accounts into the trust.

CAUTION : Get everything in writing from this firm else you would see a demand for new charge when you approach them to honor the commitment they had made.
In my case, I was told that new home, whenever we buy, will get added to living trust at no cost and now we are being asked for more $$$...WTH

The firm appointment system is very great. The admin/receptionist keep dodging on the dates and requires a lot of push. They gave me appointment for a date of five months. Very rude ..

Kern is not only a great attorney but also a very humble person. I reached out to Kern after getting referral from my brother for getting my estate setup. Kern was always very prompt in getting back to me. He was very thorough in explaining all aspects of estate planning and helped us every step along the way in making the right decisions. He never shied away from giving his opinion/recommendation, when asked. He was also very accommodating. My wife and I live over an hour away from his office and could not come during the weekdays, but Kern made special arrangements for us to come on the weekend to go over the documents with him. I have worked with over half a dozen attorneys in my life and Kern, by far, is the best I have every worked with.
