I paid $500 for a consolation with John N kitta and for them to pull up information on my property that was needed before the consolation. I called them at lease 10 times for about 5 weeks of not hearing back from his firm leaving him messages with the front desk to call me back for the consolation each time they said he will return my call. I also emailed him three times . I also had to pull up the information that they said they would pull up and give it to them to hopefully speed up the process but that was no help after about 2 months of not a word from him or even an email. I end up calling to get my $500 back since services were not given as promise when they took my money. I finally get a call back from him that next day. I told him I just want my money back so I can go to a different firm . He told me that he has me on the phone and he can do the consolation now , He also said he was on vacation . I told him why didn't the front desk tell me he said it doesn't matter now and that he needs to do this consolation like if it was a waste of his time. So if you want to toss your money away and be more stress out go with this firm.
