The only other review for this guy and take note she wasn"t a client! This guy imposes poor business and ethical practices. I requested a standard Demand letter ONLY to a property owner. I paid $800 in advance to cover the time. Although we both acknowledged the amount was over the estimated time it would take it was agreed that the unused funds would be refunded. Two weeks later I recieved a draft of a letter that
was more of an invitation to make contact. I terminated his service and requested billing statement and refund check. After several more attempts of same, I recieve a statement and BILL for $2650! Bad Business Practices and Poor Ethics. The behavior gives other attorneys a bad name. Of course I called and said they must have mixed me up. I was put on hold long enough to go shopping for some groceries AND drive to their office. Vivian picks up the line only when she sees me walk in the door. She passed the buck to attorney Widman and I suggest we give him a call. I havent raised my voice or made accusations at this point, but when she just ignored me, I couldnt believe it. It all became so clear. Do not use this attorney, Ive got the proof he PADS HIS BILLS!
