When I finally got smart and found Bo and Company my life started to change. Feeling overwhelmed and lost within the workers comp system I was hopeless and depressed. I filed a w/c claim with the state was accommodating until the Drs reports started filing in with inconsistencies and then it got ugly. All my friends said get an attorney but unfortunately none of them really cared for the ones they used, so Yelp here I come. This office had a five star rating and they actually deserved ten. My case was a very difficult one to say the least, especially since I started without one, but I was not in a rush to settle because of the injuries I actually sustained. My friends main complaints with their attorneys was the lack of communication and being able to talk to someone when questions arose. At our initial meeting, they informed me that they are busy and to have patience when contacting them but someone from the office would contact me usually via email and or by phone and that’s exactly what happened. I personally want to thank Tim and his team for helping me out with such a difficult case. My advice to all.... consult an attorney first, if I would have done so in the beginning, it probably would have been closed a couple of years ago. I was not in a rush to close my case and we went for the marathon race instead of the sprint lol, fives years later, we finally won a favorable outcome. If I could give Mr. Katzakian a Zero I would. I had a serious work injury which affected my lungs. He sent me to a doctor who had said I could not work again. Mr. Katzakian tried to convince me to accept $25,000 for my case. I thought something was off so I consulted with other attorneys. I found out that my case was worth HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars. I almost settled for what Mr. Katzakian was almost forcing me to settle for. I'm glad I didn't and saw a different lawyer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this lawyer because if he does to you what he did to me, he will try to sell you out!

In 2015, I fell at work and fractured my spine in three places. I was unable to continuing working and a workers’ compensation claim with my employer's insurance company was filed.
