I had a wonderful experience with Attorney Gopal / Allied Legal PC during a nightmare of child custody battle for my two kids with the Immigration issues. I was on a dependent visa with no savings despite a long term marriage.

I tried almost all the Indian lawyers in the bay area but nobody was even ready to listen to me. In fact one attorney in San Jose was so rude that he literally asked me to leave.

Gopal was very patient and professional, listened to what I had to say, and was very realistic with what he though we would accomplish in the case.

It took two and half years to get out of everything and resume almost a regular life. During all that time, he was available for all of my questions at any time of the day. I couldn’t have been taken care of better.

I don't refer this Attorney to anyone EVEN FOR FREE!! Totally money minded, Extremly unprofessional, waste of time and resources, this firm and attorney doesn't care for their paid client. Don't become victim of his marketing stunts/shows. No response of emails for many weeks, never respect client's work time line. They do work line kindergarten school kids; even after paying the full fee very first we had to do proofing of their work and tons of followups to finish the work in time. For example. There were 2 errors on the very first page in the spelling of " US Department of Homeland Security" when they sent their work to us for review. He did mistake filing LCA and was rejected first time. Moreover, there wasn't any legal language or sections used in their work for the RFE response to USCIS. In short, he doesn't know the professional legal work for our case and just took case for money to right just covering letter. He doesn't understand time sensitiveness working with USCIS.

Beware from this Firm and Attorney. The highest unprofessional person in this profession I have ever met.

Absolute NO when it comes to immigration advise! His wrong infomation first sent us to the wrong US Consulate in the wrong city. Oooops! Strike one.
For an E2 Visa, he stated business shareholder percentage should be 49pct.
According to US website its 51pct. So strike two-
Naturally I was declined due to ill advise. By this firm. Do yourselves and elsewhere for correct advice. EVEN FREE ADVISE FROM HIM IS BAD ADVISE- STEER CLEAR.

I hired him as my last hope for my kid while I was pregnant, I had another attorney in my case but I was loosing the battle. He took my case on limited scope just for the child support and custody matters and It took me 9.5 months of constant fight with everybody to get the kid back from her father.
