Crooked lawyer .She circumvented me out of guardianship case and never called me to court.She had open closed case and won.I sue plaintiffs and her in small claims court when she lied under oath she was looking for me to serve me.( in her petiton she signed under penalty of perjury she said she is not serving me).I am going to gather transcripts of this cases and turn my paperwork to District Attorney at 4082997400 to investigate her also to Bar Association to file complaint 18008439053.I encourage everyone who thinks Mrs Insensse committed perjury to contact them as well

Google is a public voice for the people share their good and bad experiences with public but since I post on my bad experience with attorney Jennifer to the public, Attorney, Jennifer not only don't say sorry to me to public but he threated to sue me . He is a "experience lawyer" I am a very poor single mother with two 9 years old minors. Is anyone can help me? His harassment already cost me can't sleep and eat. I am totally stressed. I am so worry his harassment will push me serious depression.

I agree w/ Jennifer A. Isensee. They got it dismissed but it ended up showing up in the 'criminal' part of their systems... Very odd, for a speeding ticket. They also let it slip into warrant status and refused to help cover at least part of the increased cost of the ticket or refund my fee. Pretty sleazy. I've since learned I can go to san jose courts on my own and defend myself just fine, even against the Sheriffs. If you talk a good game to their ADAs, they won't put you through a trial. They'll just dismiss it.

I highly recommend Jennifer Isensee for her very effective work handling divorces, and for her passionate work handling adoptions. She represented my friend in his divorce.
