Bad deceiving service . They do not keep up what they promise to do in their advertising and use it to lure you into paying additional fees. Don''t use them!.

Terrible company that has actually made us lose our trademark. After submitting all the required documents and paying all fees up front, we were notified later that our application had lapsed! They claimed we did not respond to their email for supporting evidence of use to finalize the process. Not only was this untrue, but I had copies of all the emails and responses I sent them. They completely dropped the ball! THEN they charged me AGAIN to file again, and the second time around our trademark was denied. They charged me even more for a rebuttal and it was denied again. All this while our original application had actually been approved the first time but let lapse due to their lack of follow up. They also neglected to mention in their 1st denial rebuttal that our trademark had already been approved previously! We now potentially have to completely change our company name and rebrand due to their incompetence.

Paid them to trademark waited a year then get this message: "Please note, we have withdrawn as your attorneys in connection with this trademark application. Going forward, you will need to deal directly with the United States Patent & Trademark Office. If you would like to retain our services, please reply to this email so that we may reinstate power of attorney." DO NOT USE THEM, REFUSE TO TAKE CALLS

These guys dropped the ball big time! I was looking for a company who was well versed in filing and obtaining trademarks. They lack attention to detail and communication.

Worst company ever, they are not transparent with fee and also get ready for pay for additional legal fee later..

They simply don't guide you to choose correct trademark or help you with there experience because they need extra $649 from your pocket for argue.

My experience with this company has been terrible. I believe they are fake "attorneys" who I'm convinced don't even review your logo or wordmark before submitting it. My logo received an office action due to a simple, silly "no-no" that they should have known before even submitting it. I paid for the office action resubmittal, but when I questioned whether making a slight change to the logo would appease the USPTO, they have gone mute for 8 months. I believe they actually love to see USPTO office actions because it is an opportunity to make money when really an office action is due to incompetent people making the submission case - I received not one, but three office actions so far and therefore I do not recommend them AT ALL. I will hold them accountable if we lose the mark.

BREAKING NEWS 5/2/2019:

Defendant Legalforce aka Trademarkia was found guilty by a California court of defaming attorney Patrick Benito. "The Court makes a finding that Defendant's internet posts are untrue." The Court "does make the order that Defendant is to take down any internet posted reference/mention/or implication regarding the Plaintiff on any and all posts."

Trademarkia's attorneys will face court sanctions and possible jail time if this Order (attached) is not obeyed and ALL postings about Mr. Benito are not removed immediately.

Any former client or victim of Trademarkia/Legalforce may contact me for a free legal consultation.

-------------
Attorney Raj V. Abhyanker, owner of LegalForce and Trademarkia, violated the attorney-client privilege by disclosing confidential client information without the client's authorization. This is a serious ethics violation that could result in disbarment and money damages.

Update: Mr. Abhyanker is currently under investigation for possible ethics violations by the State Bar of California and the Office of Ethics and Discipline at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
