In my opinion and experience, this is an unethical business. My 91 year old Mother was scooped up by a sibling (unknown to all the heirs) to a 5 hour appt to change a living trust. Attorneys Advising the Co-trustee to resign under a questionable doctors excuse. None of the heirs recieved a copy of the trust upon death of our Father. Per California State Law. Instead of collecting their fees, perhaps the attorneys working for this place should question the reasons why a 91 year would understand the complexities of making changes to a living trust, and the resulting impact on every person with an interest in the trust.
