I learned about Oakview Law group after I had gotten in over my head with pay day loans (don't ever take out payday loans). I contacted them twice before I signed up . Each time the staff was pleasant and helpful. I Once I did sign up I was assigned to my account manager Sheldon Anderson. Sheldon is a great client representative that is responsive and detail oriented. Sheldon was able to answer any questions that I had upon initial sign up and for the duration of my account.

He has answered every question I have had and not only helped me with two current tribal loans I had, but also noticed I had a credit card that he helped me settle. This company was amazing. Easy and great to work with. They always respond to any questions or concerns very quickly within at least 24 hours. I was allowed to change my payment date as easy as sending a email with just a 24 notice. I saved over $10,000 and am now on the road to having good credit again! I was in a sever car accident and was able to skip a months payments no questions asked! If I ever get into the predicament I was in before I will definitely be using them again.

They droped the ball on a loan I was looking for help on and it ended up costing me another 9k also I have asked for payoff information 2 diffrent time and they give me the run around. Last but not lest I have paid them the total amount owed and they are still planning another 4 months of payment when I ask why I get told we will get back to you. What a joke I will never use them again.

In my experience, this is an unprofessional and sleazy law practice. I don't place much trust in attorneys who can't string together coherent sentences or get their facts correct. They're also willing to delve into portions of the law in which they do not appear to have competency, embarrassing their clients. Finally, they are willing to misstate facts and make baseless accusations in their wretched correspondence simply to try to intimidate innocent people. For example, in their letter to me threatening a frivolous lawsuit, they even threw in a false charge of racism, hoping it would scare me into doing what their client wanted.

I was troubled with some payday loan accounts at mid 2013 and wanted to settle all of them at once. I decided to contact a debt settlement company to settle my debt and I came forth Oak View Law Group. My Client Intake Manager was Michael Grayson. He explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all my doubts and queries. Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, I decided to enroll myself in the program. With the duration of 5 months, Mr Michael settled two of my accounts. The settled amount was approximately 40% less than the original amount owed. Mr Michael always updated me with the ongoing program and kept me informed about every single details. Would love to work with OVLG in near future as well.

A dumb decision of taking payday loan with huge interest rate made my indiscretion with Law.
