The process is complicated and confusing but Chris was a tremendous help to me. I highly recommend as he was very responsive even months after his part of the process was completed.

I got a cease & desist letter. I was determined not to have that happen again. So I hired Trademark Express. My first name was found not to be available at the first stage. My second name choice went through. Their process of steps saved me $400 on the first name. Their combination of comprehensive research and their network of trademark attorneys to analyze the 760 page report saved me a lot of $. No one else I could find offered their services in this way. It seemed I had an all in expensive $3000 attorney option or just a cheap $199 filing service, but with no research whatsoever option. I did not want to trust what I saw online only. So, for $600 I knew my trademark was being done right. I could see the work. They explained what I was getting. They actually did all the work the $3000 attorney offered to do - and they were a week faster. Their attorney spent extra time with me detailing why my first name was blocked and my second name was clear. Trademark Express was a great choice to restart my business with. Staff was knowledgeable. I'll definitely use them again when I have another name to launch. It's just easier not to worry. My business name had to be done right. Now my name is registered at the USPTO and CIPO.

I ask a lot of questions...A LOT! Called around to several companies and for the price and services they offer, TradeMark Express's steps made lots of sense. Forward to after I hired them. Their reports are thorough, received advice from an attorney. Snags along the way, but I realize it's not all rainbows and butterflies. What I like the most is they have experts at each step to help guide me through the process. It's nice knowing that everyone has their specialties instead of everyone knowing a little bit of everything.

Please do not waste your time with this company. They have wasted weeks of my time and the money spent is not worth the aggrevation of dealing with their representatives.
