Well let me explain my 2 star rate. Everything was going fine until the insurance company sent me a letter about my settlement. When I would call my attorney Mr.Marc Darnell I either couldn’t get in touch with him or he didnt have any answers for me. When he seen that I left a 2 star rate he called me with answers this time being very hostil trying to tell me why I was mad and that I should be happy with the settlement “ he got me “ as if he wasn’t being paid for doing his JOB. Even on our first and last visit together he brought up this review still trying to tell me why I was upset instead of actually listening to my issue. I definitely recommend the law firm just not him.

I have dealt with numerous law firms over the years and by far the Marcari Law Firm has been the only law firm that actually took an interest and cared about my case and well being from the very beginning. When I came to the Hilton office I was greeted by Ms. Righetti with a pleasant smile and friendly disposition and that has never changed throughout my case. She has promptly returned my phone calls and has answered any questions or concerns I may have had. I highly recommend the Marcari Law Firm and the Hilton office for all legal matters.

I had my first car accident back in April of this year. I didn’t know what to do. Who to run to. I did know for sure I needed a lawyer because the insurance company would try to screw me over. I was heading to work, may I remind you it was my FIRST day of my new job and someone was speeding and ran into the back of my vehicle. Was out of work. Lost my car like it was horrible. Afterwards My attorney ( Mr. Marc Donnell ) Took over my case and has been very professional and kind. He walked me through everything step by step because he knew this was my first time dealing with this. It took some time to settle my case but this law firm worked as hard as they can there were times I would literally call ms. Vicky and Mr. donnell crying and upset because of the stress of this accident and not once were they rude to me or treated me differently and After being patient and respectful of my attorneys time. I am now able to walk away with a awesome settlement and I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you Mr. donnell Thank you Ms. Renee ( Mr. Donnell’s paralegal , Ms. Vicky , everyone.
