I am the only personal injury attorney to my knowledge in the area that charges only 25% of the recovery as a contingency fee in personal injury and accident cases (excluding worker's compensation). Every other personal injury attorney who has discussed the subject with me charges at least 1/3 of the recovery as a contingency fee. Some charge 40%. I also believe that my fees in criminal cases are generally lower than most other experienced criminal lawyers and are very reasonable.
