I had hired Kelsey Law to assist with a short sale in Virginia Beach in 2016. This team really hustled to smooth out all the problems with reams of paperwork and the staff was consistently prompt and professional. Jill and Christie were awesome. I would highly recommend them.

This attorney Caroline Kelsey doesn’t understand when representation applies and when it doesn’t.
Also she was going to send a tax form to IRS that wouldn’t apply to our case at all and therefore was requesting time consuming paperwork that was not needed… we had to insist that she would consult with an accountant before she backed down…
INCOMPETENT, ARROGANT, very bureaucratic and at times even RUDE. AVOID!!
