This place is the WORST. I called everyday for a month trying to contact Andrea. She finally called me back 3 months later the day before my court date. The attorney Doesn’t return calls and if you keep calling trying to get in touch with someone the operator will catch an attitude. They don’t even deserve a star

This is the most unprofessional law office I have ever encountered. You mean to tell me that every time I call you guys are unavailable? Wow. Not to mention that you don't report on your files in a timely manner because I was still getting documents from something handled over a week ago. Wow. Terrible. This office doesn't even deserve a star. Wonder if I'll get a callback now, huh? Smdh.

This office does not return phone calls at all- your lucky if they even answer. I attempted to call Andrea in the office 4 times as well as my husband has tried to contact her with no respond. At first the receptionist said she was on the other line and would call me back.. never happened. Then when I finally got the receptionist back on the line she stated she left for the day and didn’t know if she would be in the rest of the week. As a attorney office that is unacceptable.

Poor customer service the lady had no idea about my account the interest adding or what my payments were for plus waited entirely too long to make said payment then after doing so I learned about $1185 account separate from the one I'm paying that was not mentioned in court. A lot of missing documents and proof of what's being paid I have a million and one questions and cant be pointed in the right direction for answers
