THis man is an insulting and abusive jerk. He literally is stealing people's property in Suffolk Va. He has a very cozy relationship with the city Treasury and they steal property from citizens. Please stay away from this loser.

The Absolute worst experience ever!!!! I constantly called his office to speak with him and never did. After promises from his secretary stating that he would... I was left on hold for 30 minutes waiting for him to come to the phone and no one came back to say anything.
