Speaking from personal experience, this man does nothing but tear families apart. There is never any sense of closure with his rulings being that his cases are just drawn out far past the point of being reasonable. He puts/sends children back in dangerous, abusive homes after being told repeatedly of said situations within the home. He has no regard for the children’s safety. This man doesn’t deserve to sit on any bench and how he got there and is continuously getting away with the things he’s done makes me sick to my stomach.

The lack of peace, safety, and love this judge has for the people he's ruled for or against is unreal. He blatantly had no regard for someone and is putting her life in danger, its a shame someone like him is even at the bench. Clearly doesn't care about anyone of the children or families that go before him. He ruins children's lives. Wont even consider what they want or even need. One would think that sending a child to an abusive home would be a BAD idea, but not to him. Absolutely terrible. Shouldn't be allowed to ever sit on the bench again....

This is one person who should NOT be on a bench. Ever. Never puts the child first and certainly he does enjoy allowing cases to go on. And on. And on. And on. Ridiculous and very bias. Should you find yourself in his court.....I'm SO sorry.

The hell that this judge puts people in his court through is horrifying; he allows the cases put before him to linger on without any FAIR determination. There must deep-seated problems with this judge's abilities. He has a difficult time determining the truth, ignoring facts with an "I don't care attitude" how this affects families.

Completely incompetent, and truly unfair. His rulings for children are borderline dangerous. Good ole boy system is alive and well with him.

This is the fairest judge in Forsyth County.

It's really sad the children that suffer from his rulings, he doesn't have the child's best interest at heart. And I have witnessed it first hand. I hope one day for all his wrong rulings it comes back to haunt him!!!!
