Ray Marshall is a fantastic man and attorney. Back in 2010 l was referred by a friend to give this attorney a call. I was injured on the job and wasn’t getting help from the insurance company, and the doctor seen told me l needed surgery right away and they had already delayed eight months. Ray immediately got to work and the next month l had surgery. Raymond Marshall is a great attorney and friend.He helped me in every way. I have recommended him to my friends and they have him as their attorney and I would definitely use Ray again. You will not go wrong with using Ray as your attorney.

I had to use Ray Marshall two years ago to get my disability. He stayed on top of my case and I got my disability with no problem. I highly recommend him to all my friends if they ever need a lawyer. I would use him again.

This attorney worked on my case for a little over three years. It was one of the worst experience of my life. I wish many times over that I had never met this attorney. I lost everything, my settlement wasn't hardly anything, and everything else was terrible. I'm still to this day suffering. I could go on and on about this lawyer. My personal experience with this lawyer, to anybody, do not hire this lawyer.. No need for me to lie about anything, I'm been honest.. Total nightmare for me, I'm living this nightmare everyday. I'll tell anyone from my experience, do not go to him for any advice!!!! Also I want to add more truth to this terrible experience I had with this attorney. Within a month of his presence working on my claim my disability checks were stopped within a month, I went four months without a disability check, my only source of income. The first mediation settlement conference with the defendant I wanted to settlement my claim, I told this attorney how much I wanted, his reply to me was I wouldn't get that amount. He didn't mention this to defendant out of fear that I would have gotten this amount, he lied to me, and how I know this is when the mediator lawyer, the attorney going back and forth letting each side know what the two sides are asking for and offering, mediator lawyer said he would ask for pacific amount 20, 000 more than what I had previously asked my attorney. My attorney immediately response was 500,000. My attorney knew I wasn't going to get that amount, but it was my attorney behavior to send to the defendant that I didn't want to settle, but I did.. If my attorney would have not stopped the mediator from asking what the mediator wanted to ask I would have gotten that amount, and my attorney knew it, and it would have been best for me. My attorney did me bad. My attorney used bullying fear and intimidation to control me and to have back surgery. It was my attorney strategy from day one to get cut on. He was thinking that if I get cut on he would make more money. After about a year of non surgically treatments, I finally told my attorney I didn't want to have surgery. My attorney started using fear tactics, intimidation, bullying, saying things to me that I wouldn't get any money, that my doctor will put me back in the truck, that I wouldn't get anything, that my back problems would get worst, yes, these are the words my attorney said to me. Now you tell me what kind of lawyer this is? Well, to make a horrible story short, I had the back surgery, another worst experience of my life. A lot worst off. My settlement wasn't hardly anything, I lost my cars, evicted from my apartment. I could go on and on about this attorney behavior. He is a dirty lawyer, he only looking out for self. I had everything to lose, the attorney had nothing to lose, and he did me like this.
