Horrible!!! I will never suggest them. I was overcharged with a unit this was never charged with freon that is. Holes in my duct work so big I could stick my hand in. They tried to hide the mistakes with insulation now paying a good company to replace it all. I will never allow them back into my house even if they are the last company left on the earth. Learn from my mistake go somewhere else. CAUTION!!! my power bills due to their negligence was 530 a month during the winter. A joke of. Company I will be taking this to every level possible all the way to American standard who they represent. If they continue this work American standard will loose money due to all these warranty claims.

They incorrectly wired my HVAC system when trying to repair it. The heat pump wiring singed the next day and then they charged me for the subsequent repair. They also spent half a day looking at my second HVAC system only to tell me it was not repairable and needed replacement, and yes, they charged me almost $400 to tell me it needed replacement. Let me add that one repairman smoked while working on the second HVAC system inside the house.
