Jennifer and her staff work hard for their clients. There have been countless times that they have worked late, after hours to ensure clients were able to complete their sale or purchase of their home. Often times a lot goes on behind the scenes and a lot goes uncredited. I have had nothing but good experiences.

Not impressed. Would never recommend. This office handled the closing of our house. The documents were incorrect multiple times and if not for our wonderful realtor, these mistakes would not have been caught. The morning of the closing, the lawyer waited until the buyers are at the table to begin questioning who has the title. They gave the excuse that they were unable to reach the lender to ask because the phone rings and no one answers. The buyers were told they would have to pay for a $150 title search. I called the Lender and they answered right away. Apparently this lawyer's office is unsure how to dial a phone. I quickly got the answer needed and relayed it back to our realtor.

I can understand if the office was having issues obtaining all the information needed. What I do not understand is waiting until all parties are at the table to realize you do not have everything needed. Ultimately it is the lawyers responsibility to ensure all paperwork is in order and all questions have been asked, prior to closing. Your office, your name on the door, your responsibility.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF TOWN AT THE CLOSING ON MY PROPERTY AND I SPECIFICALLY ASK THAT THEY HOLD THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF MY PROPERTY BY EMAIL AND PHONE AND THEY STILL SENT A LARGE CHECK USPS "REGULAR" MAIL WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER AND NO WAY TO KNOW WHERE IT WAS OR WHEN IT WOULD ARRIVE I GUESS TO LAY IN A MAILBOX HOPING IT DIDN'T WALK OFF AND HAD CHARGED ME IN THE SETTLEMENT SHEET FOR OVERNIGHTING THE FUNDS. WHEN AFTER THE CLOSING I CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW HOW TO SEND THE FUNDS THEY SAID A PART TIME EMPLOYEE MADE A "MISTAKE" AND SEND ALL YOUR MONEY REGULAR MAIL. THEY WERE'NT EVEN RESPECTFUL ENOUGH TO CALL ME WITH THIS MISTAKE, I HAD TO LEARN THIS BY FINDING OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER A CLOSING FROM OUT OF TOWN. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. THESE FOLKS ARE HORRIBLE ON COMMUNICATION. BUT THE UPSIDE IS THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND THE $30 COURIER FEE FOR SUPPOSEDLY OVERNIGHTING THE FUNDS THAT THEY HAD CHARGED ME IN THE SETTLEMENT SHEET. WOW. BUYER GOT THEIR PROPERTY, AGENTS GOT THEIR COMMISSION , LAW FIRM GOT THEIR FEES FROM BUYERS AND SELLER, TAX DEPT GOT THEIR MONEY, EVERYONE GOT SOMETHING BUT AT THE TIME I'M WRITING THIS I HAVE A BIG "0" AND JUST A HOPE IT ARRIVES BY "REGULAR MAIL"
