Scott Holper is a great criminal lawyer. He has handled several cases for my husband with no jail time and he has done miracles with my numerous traffic tickets . Thanks Scott

I was very disappointed with this lawyer. My husband Alexander Braun was his client. We met with him and he offered two deals one was we could pay $35 (which was advertised by the sign holder guy) and maybe only have to pay off something like 190 out of our $218. That is how much the charge for an illegal u turn is. The second one was we pay $50 and he guarenteed that we would only have to pay off $95. We chose the second one. Then after the hearing I look at my husband's records we still owed $218 but the points were taken off. I emailed Scott about the amount. He then proceeds to tell me there is no way that we were guarenteed paying only $95 for the ticket because they can't give that guarenteed to people with mandatory traffic school. We were guarenteed an amount then told something different in the end. I was not told about a $100 buy out fee either.

Scott has helped now 3 of my friends , a few w serious charges. It is hard to come up with money for a good lawyer , its like what do you do ? However , Scott Holper gave us very affordable prices and did exactly as he said in court and out .
So that is 4 of us that highly recommend his services. Freedom is everything.. I suggest calling this guy , hopefully before that is taken away . Even after , I am sure he would get you out.

Hiring a lawyer is not something we have ever needed to do. We were given his name as 'someone to maybe try'. We talked to him for a while and after many promises, we hired Mr. Holper. Once the check was written, all progress stopped. It turns out the promises were empty. He claimed to be making progress, but never had anything to show for it. He was always busy with personal issues and frequently missed meetings. Based on his performance (or lack there of) my opinion is that Mr. Holper would serve well as poster boy for sleazy lawyers.

Update 7/20/2016: For the record, I attempted to talk to Mr Holper several time prior to writing this review. In all occasions his answers were wishy-washy at best and lacked intelligent or informed direction.
Since the review posted, Mr Holper has been sending my wife text messages demanding she have me remove the review. I advised her to reply and tell him to stop sending messages, but she was afraid of what he might do. At one point he called her and demanded she have me remove the negative review. She told him to call me direct and she would give him my number, but he refused and insisted she have me remove the review and also told her that it was not too late and bad things could still happen to her son. This little threat is exactly why I feel Mr Holper is as slimy as pond scum. He takes advantage of those that do not have knowledge of the system.
