Attorney didn't appear in court and my license got suspended.

Excellent experience. He helped me through a QDRO case that was left over from my divorce of five years prior. There were issues from the previous law firm that complicated things, previous attempts with other firms were unsuccessful, but Devay and Coleman got the job done. I was always kept updated, in the loop, and ultimately got the results on time and under budget. I highly recommend.

I have used this firm from everything from Wills, a divorce, purchasing a new home as well as refinancing our vacation home. He is prompt with his returning phone calls even long into the evening.

He has always been supportive and professional. His wife is a pleasure to deal with and easy going. I would highly recommend him for Family Law since he was able to get me custody of my two children.

I wouldn't recommend using this firm as a closing attorney for your home, especially for first time home buyers. They threatened to cancel our closing one day before because there was back and forth from the builder/lender on property taxes owed due to this being new construction. They also didn't communicate to us until the day of closing that a 2pm close would result in us not getting the keys the same day. They were able to move it up after much begging, but this would've just been nice to know right of the bat. Furthermore, the communication after closing regarding builder surveys and warranties were not explained to us (we were just tossed a manila folder during closing) and so we didn't get the builder survey or warranty paperwork in on time.

I also felt that both Dan and Helen were very condescending towards both me and my boyfriend as well as our lender. As first time home buyers, you don't want to be panicked one day before that closing may be cancelled and you don't want to be snapped at for asking a question or not understanding something the first time it's explained.

This place is a joke. His wife is beyond unprofessional. Got in contact with this lawyer back in November. Was told to email him with my next court date I did that never heard back. Called two weeks again (after thanksgiving) and he states get him more information then we would go from there. Remind you I have court 12/13/2017. Today I get a email telling me I owe over 400. How? I tried again to reach out to this “lawyer” and his assistant/wife was rude and was trying to talk down on me. Then tells her husband it was me who was being rude. Remind you my own mother came in from another room asking me why was this lady screaming at me.
When I called the other lawyer they got my stuff taken care of within 10 minutes of being on the phone why couldn’t this man do this same? Please if your smart don’t go to this man or his rude wife

They handled my traffic violation Mar 2017. The out come was positive. They are very good in handling the situation , efficient and quick in communicating. I highly recommend them.

this firm handled some business for me in 2012. The outcome was exactly as I wanted. If you are looking for an attorney who will be straightforward and efficient, this is the firm. I previously worked in a law firm and I had that experience to compare. Yes, I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. I was very satisfied.
