I have had the pleasure of having Aida handle several things for me through the years. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. It is obvious she is intelligent and very knowledgeable in what she does. She would always call me if there was anything new in my case instead of leaving me to wonder. I have 100% confidence in her and would choose her for any legal work I needed. I highly recommend her as she always far exceeds my expectations.

Ms Dose was my third attorney after 2 previous totally incompetent attornies and successfully resolved my divorce case without a trial.

Aida D. Havel was appointed as a parent coordinator (PC) for myself & my ex spouse on August 25th, 2008 (Case # 05 CVD 7312). Of course both me & my ex spouse paid Ms. Havel a retainer fee for her PC appointment 1st thing. My unsatisfactory review of her performance is because this last year I tried contacting her about a possible refund of any retainer fee that was left in her firms possession. My 1st emails to her website were ignored. Finally this year (2017), I did speak to her on the phone. She stated that she is unable to review this information because her office "destroyed our PC case files 12 months after her appointment date." In this case, our files were destroyed without notifying all the clients. This is my FIRST complaint. Next, she insisted that a PC appointment is only 12 months. Well, I checked my court documents & her appointment was 21 months. The problem here is that our files were destroyed without "a close out receipt statement to me (or possibly my ex spouse too)." This is my SECOND complaint. So I can conclude that there were funds in our retainer fee account, because I never received any notice asking us to replenish the retainer fee account. Who will ever think a lawyer is going to work for free? This is my THIRD complaint. So if you are thinking about hiring Ms. Havel, you can see what happened to me & possibly my ex spouse... This is a good example of poor business practices....
