The paralegals always respond quickly and if they do not have an answer will work to help figure the out the answer to any concern. Ryan makes the closing enjoyable and he always takes time to answer all of your questions. They also probably have the best prices I have seen around. Definitely recommend them on any real estate transaction. Great Company!!

If I could leave a no star review for this firm I would! I was contacted by Shoaf Law Firm after they were contacted from the title company assisting in my real estate closing. When Shoaf Law Firm contacted me, I explained that my location to them was 3 hours away and they assured me that was not a problem. On the day of my closing, I sat and waited for an hour with no attorney showing up. I contacted the title company who contacted Shoaf law firm and Shoaf told the title company they had decided not to do the closing. They did not contact anyone and let them know they were not going to show up. An hour of my time wasted, but if I wasted their time, I'm sure I would have been charged for their hour.
And of course there is no compensation from them for the 1 1/2 hours I missed from work waiting on this sorry law firm!! Very, Very Unprofessional!!!! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The Shoaf Law Firm Charlotte Branch did the closing on my house in 2007. Now that I am trying to sell it the title has problems as the wrong person at bank signed it which was not caught at the 2007 closing. Now I have found out that the 115.20 I paid for title insurance at the closing was never issued. Also found out that the paper work was destroyed after 7 years that Shoaf says is legal for them to do. Now I am 3 weeks late for closing and counting, I had to pay 580 to buyers so they can get an extension on loan as rates have gone up. Still do not have paperwork Shoaf said they would get so I can get title insurance.
