We used their service to handle a speeding ticket (67 over 55mph). Usually when I call up the attorney offices, they take a lot of time to process your information and let you know what the resolution for the case could be. But when I called this office, it took maybe 5 minutes - they asked for the driving record and said they would be able to reduce it to improper equipment. I made the payment online and I was done. On the day of the court, I got an email from them mentioning they were able to get the ticket reduced to non moving violation. So they did as said during the first call. It can't get any more easier than this. If you have a ticket, do not waste time with other attorneys, head here directly.

They had my first hearing continued and I suspect that was to either work out a deal with the court or to get a more lenient DA. Very rude and disrespectful. We used Kissling for two traffic tickets, he handled the tickets and we were pleased with the results but when it became time to pay the court fees for the second ticket his office gave us the wrong address to send the money order which resulted in it being late and a possibility of my fiancé’s license being revoked. The money order we sent off originally thinking that would handle things was lost and since it had been about 2 months and we hadn’t heard anything we thought the situation was handled so we threw away the receipt (which is on us, I should’ve kept the money order receipt) but after explaining the situation to Kissling he said there was nothing he could do besides get the late fee on the court charges waived. He refused to listen to what we had to say each time we called he would talk over us not letting us speak and even raised his voice at me claiming I had an attitude with him and “nothing I could say would make him do anything more for us” his words exactly. He said he would get the late fee fixed within the next week because he was going on vacation but we couldn’t wait that long, it had to be handled or my fiancé was going to get fired since he drives for a living and you need a license to do so. We had to pay the full amount including the late fee and called Kissling to inform him and to tell him he can reimburse us the late fee LIKE THE CLERK OF COURT TOLD US TO AND HE REFUSED. If I could give less than one star I would. I know if I was in his shoes I would’ve covered the cost of the court fees for my client because it was the incompetence of his office that stated for us to send the money to the wrong county in the first place. Personally I will never use him again nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.

This firm has saved my pocketbook thousands. Over the last 10 years I have called on them for me, my husband, and my college kid when we got speeding tickets. He’s always gotten them reduced or dismissed. Yeah you pay a few hundred dollars for him to fight for you, but it’s 1000 times better than getting points on your license and having your insurance double for years. As a mom with a lead foot husband, a college kid, two teenagers, and me usually having no idea what speed I’m going.....just hire Mr. Kissling. Wow... I am beyond speechless. Got my traffic ticket, called the office, had them ask me how much I was speeding and was told it would be handled. Just got an email saying the case was settled. I will shamelessly accept that I have had my share of traffic tickets. I got my recent ticket after being a good and cautious driver for over 5 years. This time around, I wasn't being careless but had just lost my way in Raleigh (I'm from Charlotte) and just did not realize that speed limit had dropped because the freeway ended and hence got a ticket for 25 over speed limit. In any case, I ended up talking to a few layers to make sure I get a good representation and, as usual, could not talk to paralegal, front desk or worst the voicemail. When I called attorney Kissling, I talked to the person at front desk, who was very knowledgable btw and assured me that the ticket will be handled in the right manner. I insisted that I must talk to the attorney because I just did not want any points on my license so they did transfer the call and I chatted with attorney Kissling very briefly but got assured right away that he is a genuine person. As I was hoping, I got an email around noon of the court date mentioning that he got the charges reduced and got PJC approved.. and net effect is no point on license and no change in insurance cost..BAM! I loved it. This is the best case scenario. So..just to be doubly sure, I replied to the email asking the obvious questions (and really being anal about it) that PJC means no points and change in insurance cost.. Attorney Kissling replied himself and confirmed in a few hours.
