My experience was excellent. I had one of those typical cases where my injury during an auto accident seemed so minor to me that I didn't think I needed a lawyer. It got more complicated when I realized my first round of physical therapy didn't resolve my issue and I also came to realize that the insurance company representing the person who rear-ended me knew a lot more about what they were doing than I did. During my first visit it was clear that Dan and Kim were very well-prepared to handle things for me. They told me a number of things I didn't know and everything I should expect moving forward. It was a great relief to have them handle things from that point.

I have moved into the camp that believes no lay person should try to handle a personal injury case alone with an insurance company. I am also convinced no firm could have represented me better than they did. From the beginning they kept me well informed and told me exactly what to expect at each step of the process. I highly recommend them and, although I hope I won't be put in the same situation anytime soon, I would absolutely go back to them in the future. Although my goal was always just for fair compensation and not having to worry about all the details I didn't understand, the compensation results they achieved for me (after their fees) were definitely better than I would have received had I not had their representation.

If I could give this law firm 100 stars I would because this is what they deserve. Not to make this review a novel but to have Mr. Titsworth answer his office phone directly and listen patiently to the details of my case after being told no , I have no case, from 10+ law offices spoke volumes! When I called his office I KNEW i had a solid case, it was just that I needed the right team to listen, guide and assist with executing the process and he delivered. Kim!?!? wow she is such an amazing spirit and made me feel as though i had a million dollar case in their hands at all times with her promptness to providing answers to my questions and concerns. I am continually impressed by these guys! There is a level of personal attention and genuine care that cant be found anywhere else in my opinion.
