I made the mistake of drinking and driving in early 2019. I was recently arrested for DUI in Rolesville, NC. I felt that the police treated me unjustly, and did not do a sufficient job of gathering evidence prior to arresting me, but I couldn't be sure because I don't know the details of the laws well, especially regional laws in Wake County, having moved here less than 5 years ago. Needless to say, it was a very bad experience, and I couldn't believe the police were so abrupt to make an arrest when they know there is so much on the line for people when they are charged with DUI.

I began researching online, coming across stories of how the situation I was in could ruin your life, especially since I travel for work. I began looking for a lawyer the day after my arrest and spoke with Steven Saad based on his stellar online reviews and his previous experience as the Wake County DA. After telling him the details of my arrest, he put me at ease immediately, which was nice because, frankly, I was freaking out. I decided to hire Steven based on our initial conversation.

Please do not do what I did and develop serious anxieties if you find yourself in the same situation I was, and trust that if there is any legal way that you can move past this event with minimal repercussions, Steven will make sure it happens. Don't let the horror stories online get in your head, it is not as apocalyptic as you would think! Long story short, Steven had my case dismissed within 10 minutes of the start of my trial. I know circumstances are different in each case, but Steven had command of that courtroom. I could tell he was well respected, and I know there is not a better lawyer that I could have hired to take care of this.

Steven worked with us on a citation that was received last year. I initially reached out on a Saturday because google said his firm was open. That was not the case but someone picked up the phone and briefly talked through the citation and options (very generally and enough to calm the worry).
