Mr. Arnett was hired to help a loved one get a transfer. To date nothing has been done by his office nor him. Paid $1,500 for my loved one to do all the work himself and finally be able to get his transfer. The last time I spoke with Mr. Arnett I was told the ball was dropped because of a former employee who just quit. That was 6 months ago.
