We contracted Natalie Mai to help us with our K1 visa. It has been a total nightmare. Over the last 2 years we have had numerous hangups and problems with this company. Forms were filled out incorrectly and major holdups. Trying to get an appointment usually takes 5-7 days waiting and her staff is never any help. Our last issue was with the green card, they apparently got the form correct but the government messed up when they sent the card and said we have to resubmit the form. When we contacted the law firm we were told since they did it right that we have to fill out and resubmit the form ourselves. Really..... this is not how this should work. We paid a flat rate for this service and it has been a total let down.
