A good friend of mine had to deal with this firm for a debt that they were not responsible for, it was awarded to the ex during their divorce. Not only did they aggressively pursue this debt, they practiced the art of usery by charging 6% interest on the debt PER DAY! It is probably illegal, but when you are dealing with these guys you just want to pay to get away from them and then go take a shower. I hope there is an agency that regulates these practices and that they will do something to make them stop. Obviously they can't practice regular law so they have to buy bad debt to get by. Sad.

Completely unprofessional. Do not give this company your business unless you'd like to have your concerns & phone calls ignored.
