Do not use him if you want to win. He is a wait and see lawyer. Every time we asked him to do some thing he would reply "lets wait and see". When he let the other lawyer do some thing that we did not approve of his reply was yelling! "I am your attorney and you will do what I say".

Tom Riesen has been our attorney for many years. He was referred to us by someone who found him honest, reliable and sensitive. We can attest to those same qualities. Tom Riesen is a horrible attorney. Do not use him unless you dont mind spending thousands for nothing to get done. He was my lawyer for two years and at our last meeting he didnt even remember the names of the people in my case. I had a scheduled meeting in with him in which he didnt even have my file out and I had to refreah him on all the details he shouldve already knew. On top of that he did nothing when my ex took a drug test and failed. It could have helped win my case. Then, to reopen my case he wanted 2500 more dollars. There was no way in hell I was paying him another penny to not do the work again. Tom Riesen is not a good lawyer. Please do not pay him.
