I own 60 rental properties in western Oklahoma. Had major hail damage in May 2013. M-Dow was the insurance carrier and totaled all of the roofs and some of the air-conditioning units. They shorted me over $100,000 on the claim. That's when I hired Lewis and associates. It's been over 4 years and they still have me on the back burner. This is a cut and dried situation and they still won't put out any effort. In fact they sent me A notice a month or two back wanting me to pay them a bunch of money to Pay for some of their expenses. Of course I refused and told them that it was supposed to come out of the final settlement. And they have still done nothing. I wouldn't even give them a one star rating but that is the minimum you can give. It has been 4 years. My personal advice to anyone needing a public adjuster is to use someone that is competent. Horrible experience with this company.
