You really need to REALLY drug test your crews. I have on video several and I know for sure they are stoned and or drubk....

Only reason I'm even giving one star is to write this. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had renting a house. I've done ALL of the fixtures. Hardly a penny is spent in home repair then they get upset with you when you tell them you've spent hundreds of dollars trying to fix the problems yourself. I dont ever recommend renting from this place. MY BASEMENT IS FULL OF MOLD AND WATER!!!! THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX THIS

hes a good guy but dont count on things getting done quickly.
