Called for a consultation and she told me that she doesn't handle what I was looking for. Which was interesting because I was referred to her by a plan that I am a part of. If she no longer handles those types of cases she should update her information. Nonetheless, she was VERY rude, cold and dismissive!

Called for a consultation as a member of a network which she was a member. She demonstrated ignorance of her being part of the plan and was dismissive of my need.
