Now looking back I believe the firm didn't try to get my ticket to faulty equipment. Yes communication was there and yes at the time I thought it was great because this was the first time I needed a lawyer, but looking back I would have done more research on a firm instead of jumping to the first firm to get back to me. I can't speak for any other type of service but I wouldn't recommend as a traffic lawyer.
