Working with Diane and her staff for the last couple of years has been an alright experience. Diane is very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a very difficult case and situation which I think at times she handled brilliantly but other times left me scratching my head. Was not very clear with me ever regarding strategy and what the goals are. My biggest frustration came from knowing that she could of done more but took the conservative and safe approach almost all of the time. Her courtroom demeanor and poise are second to none. She is a very strong litigator and follows the law to the T. For that, I was very grateful. After working with her office for two years and leaving to go on my own to save and accumulate some money(she's very expensive and retainer flies with her office) I was shocked and saddened to get a call from her assistant not her letting me know "there is no way Diane can take your case". I was left confused as she's been the only one on it for two years. All in all, she's a great lawyer if you are in trouble as she is a great defender and will protect you. However, if you are looking for a more aggressive attorney who will fight and be on the offensive ,she and her office are not for you. There are others who are more aggressive especially if the facts are on your side. Overall, great attorney, OK staff, very expensive- seemed like the retainer of $3500-$5000 had to be replenished every 2 weeks-but not as aggressive as my situation needed and required.
