Mr. Shaw is the rudest, meanest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. We were meeting his son in law to discuss us buying his son in law's home. We met with the sellers, as her dad is Mr. Shaw. I still don't know why, we did not need an attorney just a contract and a title company. When we met the sellers at the home they were very nice and seemed as if we were going to purchase their home with an "owner/carry" contract. We were not in Mr. Shaw's office 5 minutes and he was pounding his fists on the desk an screaming at us!! Mr. Shaw called us liars! My sister is a registered Nurse for over 25 years and served in the US Navy. We were willing to put a large sum of money with decent monthly payments. For the seller, it was a win/win. If we were to default which of course would never be the case, the seller still has his home and a lot of money from me. My father was an Attorney and a Judge. I have my own personal Attorney who is the best! I would NOT recommend Mr. Shaw as he is a complete jerk! We moved to Prescott, everyone one is nice and friendly until this horrific experience we had with Mr. Shaw!!
