Customer service in this place is very poor. For 2 years its been frustrating and they don't call back nor do they have information on the status of open debt. I also have no information on payments or where they were distributed to. They also cant transfer to the legal department which has information so my suspicion is nothing is being worked on. Do not select this company.

Amazing customer service by this company.Super WORK by Ricky Behl. He is just the best. Keeps me updated on my account status every week and sometimes even every 2-3 days. He knows the "ins and outs" of helping you get rid of your debts and improve your credit. They all speak punjabi and hindi and are easy to talk to. I have been with them for over a year now and have gotten many settlements. Ricky answers all my questions in a very professional way and knows how to deal with the credit agencies.
