I was told they would call me back on a matter about a week ago and nothing. Pretty sure if I was making a payment. I wouldve gotten a call back the same day.

Avoid working with and working for these crooks. Chris Mandarich is a crook. If you do your research, you'll see it runs in the family as his father is a major crook. Avoid at all costs.

I've been trying to clear a debt with these people for nearly 3 months. They never answer the phone. They are ridiculously slow to respond to ANYTHING. I'd rather deal with a loan shark.

They sent a letter entitled: Notice of Intent to Sue. I'm sure this is illegal. They are just a debt collection agency. The debt I owe is no longer owed. It's in negotiation.

Cannot get a hold of them, they just give you the run around. Extremely unproffessional!

Would give a minus rating if possible. I understand that this is a debt that I owe, but they don't seem to want to help you work it out. They would rather just take you to court and garnish your wages.

These people will not work with you and continue to charge you hundreds of dollars more than what they inform the courts of. Plus charge you interest on a agreed upon amount. Perfect example of American greed.

Reached a settlement agreement with these folks and have made my deposit and monthly payments on a regular schedule. Was told that no court proceedings would take place as a result of our agreement. Just found out that there is a lean on my home and a judgment was placed against me. This company violated our signed agreement and continued with thier suit against me. I have all the records to prove it.

Received a substitution of attorney and change of address paperwork in the mail regarding a settlement that was negotiated. When I called to verify where to send our monthly payment to THEM moving forward, they refused to speak to us or provide any help. Guess they don't want our money.

As far as debt collections go!!! I know NO one's ever happy about debt. But so Far this place has been fairly easy to work with. Our debts are paid and now that they've collected money. It's been very challenging for a paid in full letter sent to my email. I'm not exactly sure if this is a series of unfortunate events. Or if they're pulling my leg. So far they've apologized and have promised me my confirmation email tomorrow.

Over all experience was decent and deserves at least 4.5 stars. I'd rate 5 if we didn't have any complications with this paid in full letter.

Liars agreed to settle then don't send contract for settled amount. Say they did but I never received it. Lied to deceived and mislead for months. Don't believe anything Rick N says! -5 stars

I tried to take care of a past due account they tell me they have to have my personal information such as s.s.n before they would tell me anything about that collector it was and even then they wouldn't send me any information of company name or mailing address or acct number so that I could make payments instead they sent a summons to appear in court when all they had to do was send me the information so I could make payments. there just crooked law firm there not even worth a star.

This forum would not allow "no stars," therefore I am forced to give them 1 star. I settled a debt with Mandarich Law Group in October 2016 and they promised to report the settlement as a "Satisfied" debt to the credit agencies. It is now the ind of February 2017 and the "Satisfied" debt has not been filed properly. They filed the satisfaction at some point, but did not file it correctly. They are a law office and are not educated on filing procedures? No. They are crooked and unprofessional. I spoke with Ramina often (she was very kind), but to no avail. No one else in the firm offered to speak to me or resolve the situation.

Received letter stating they would like to resolve the issue and to contact them to discuss. Called the number on the letter numerous times and received no response. Emailed them several times and no response.

Was hurt at my work four years ago I got behind in my credit card debts I had a care credit card and they took me to court and now this place is trying to get double the amount of money out of me I don't have it, but they keep sending me court summons that I must appear in court what can I do about it?

I recently received a court summons from this Law firm saying I owed over $3000 in credit card debt on a card I have never heard of. They had someone bring in the summons to my place of work. I have perfect credit and always have. I called the company and asked them why they were sending me to court and they asked for my date of birth. Once I gave it to them they said "Oops, we must have had the wrong person". Just in case, I contacted my lawyer and it turns out they didn't bother to contact the court so my attorney had to call in on my behalf! I think they purposely target young business owners who might be too afraid to contest this firm in the hopes that 1 in 10 will pay up. Watch out
