John Vaughan's office is amazing! They are very thorough with the process and makes sure you understand what is happening every step of the way! Kelly and staff exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok throughout the process including connecting me to the right people for financial assistance while waiting. They also came together in a very hard time for me just to send words of encouragement. I will NEVER use another law firm pertaining to any of the type of cases that they take in.

It's been 2 years plus and still no disposition on my case. They're telling me the statue of limitations are coming up and their doing the best they can do which is nothing. I dont recommend any one to bring their accident case to this law firm. I'm completely unsatisfied with their service. Everytime I'm briefed about case I have to call. I'm left with medical Bill's and uncertainty. BEWARE!!! THis company is a fraud.

This was a long case but only because the defendent’s side was being very difficult. However this office hung in there with me. Joni, the awesome paralegal, was very kind and understanding and didn’t make me feel as if I was bothering her when I had questions. She answered them promptly which made me feel very comfortable!
