I spoke with someone on Monday, February 3rd at 3:12 P.M. I requested a bankruptcy consultation for my husband and I. The lady that I spoke with scheduled the consultation on Friday, February 7th at 10:00 A.M. We are so upset because when we arrived today, February 7th at 9:57AM, we were informed that we were not on the schedule.

While I do understand that accidents happen, this was not very good for us. We are already struggling monetarily. Not to mention, it hurt us financially to take time off work. I can't begin to express my disappointment.

My wife called their office to check their schedule and see when we could come by for a consultation. They had agreed on a Friday at 10 am. I took half a day off work for this meeting. When the day came we had a little difficult time finding the office, so we called for directions. When we did, they informed us that they didn't have us on the schedule. We verified the number and address and it is correct (so I know that my wife had called the correct location). She even checked her call log on her phone for the number. It all checked out. The reason I'm leaving a 1 star is because we were seeking advice and options from a Bankruptcy attorney. So for me to take a half day off work, where I could have been making money, and not wasting my time rubbed me the wrong way!

It’s not often that you write that an attorney is helpful or kind. But I have to commend this amazing attorney, his obvious knowledge and skill, for doing just this, providing the most valuable 15 minutes of time I’ve ever had. Most attorneys of his caliber change hundreds for a basic consultation but, he was glad to hear the nature of the concern and quickly addressed the best way to handle it. Easing our minds and turning us in the right direction.
